I work with VCSEs, SMEs, CICs, and community organisations across the UK to help them access the funding, contracts, and strategic support they need to grow — and to build the organisational foundations that make growth sustainable.
My background spans funding acquisition, strategic development, project management, procurement, and organisational support. I hold IEMA qualifications and have a strong grounding in Health & Safety, which means I bring a level of compliance awareness and operational rigour that goes beyond typical consultancy support — particularly useful for organisations scaling up, taking on contracts, or entering regulated environments for the first time.
I've worked across the voluntary, community, and small business sectors, and I understand the real pressures these organisations face — limited capacity, complex funding landscapes, and the constant challenge of balancing day-to-day operations with longer-term ambitions.
What I offer is practical, tailored support. Not generic advice, but hands-on work alongside leaders and teams to secure funding, develop strategy, navigate procurement, and strengthen governance.
I'm particularly passionate about helping smaller organisations compete for opportunities that can feel out of reach — whether that's a major grant, a public sector contract, or a step-change in how they operate.
